Andrea Plowright is the founder and CEO of Plowright International, LLC. Plowright International was conceived in 2005 while Andrea strategized about the next steps for her future career progression. After six very educational years as Vice President of Quality Management services, responsible for initiating, developing and establishing a brand-new service offering for a major corporation, a decision to change from employee to employer was birthed. Andrea is a diverse business professional with over 25 years of business, management, quality assurance, process improvement, and information technology experience in major corporations. Her experience includes project planning, project delivery, business development, capture management, marketing, proposal development, staffing, training, and customer relations.
Andrea is an accomplished Executive Leader with a strong portfolio of successes orchestrating the start-up and delivery of large-scale process improvement initiatives and quality programs which have facilitated corporate entity’s abilities to achieve their strategic financial and quality objectives.
